Using Mobile NoteTaker is simple

Attach the Mobile NoteTaker to a pad or a single sheet of paper and start writing with the digital pen. Everything you write is captured! A built-in LCD confirms that what you write is saved-meeting notes, lecture notes, any information you need to save while away from your desk. Mobile NoteTaker can store up to 50 letter-sized pages of notes. Once you capture notes, connect the Mobile NoteTaker to a USB port on your PC/notebook, and your notes are uploaded and synchronized. The included NoteTaker software allows you to edit, share or file your notes.

The NoteTaker software is always running in the background to instantly capture any note, idea, sketch, phone number, or reminder. Plus, you can add digital ink to Microsoft Office applications-Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint-and easily annotate documents, add drawings and signatures, or personalize e-mails.


Convert Handwritten Notes to Text


Vision Objects MyScript Notes allows you to convert your handwritten notes to digital text. Convert shapes, charts and tables in the existing layout of your document. MyScript provides language support for English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish and you can copy and paste results into almost any application. MyScript works seamlessly with NexConcepts Mobile NoteTaker whether your notes are captured in mobile mode or on a PC directly into the NoteTaker software. MyScript Notes not included, must be purchased separately.



Works with Microsoft OneNote

The combination of Mobile NoteTaker and OneNote allows you to manage everything you write digitally. Use Microsoft OneNote to organize and manage your notes on a PC or Notebook.
